Training Approach;
Our training approach is holistic in such a way that we handle
the spiritual, Academic, Physical and Sociology Emotional aspects of life.
•Spiritual: We conduct Devotions every morning and evening, Sunday service is compulsory at the chapel with a pastor in charge spiritual affairs in place.
•Academics: Lessons are compulsory for 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
•Health: Balance diet, first aid and hygiene is priority at the institute.
•Social Emotional: Counselling sessions every Saturday, motivational speakers in different skills and attaching
•Entrepreneurship training as part of the course before trainees are passed to the job market
•Retention of the best trainees by the institution for production purposes hence job opportunities

We also partner with Hotels, Saloons, garages, welding workshops where we place our trainees so has to prepare trainees for the real job market for employ-ability purposes and experience for one to manage their own businesses.
